What are your event photography rates? How much do you charge? Why are your costs not on the website? The questions everyone wants to know from a professional event photographer and we can understand but believe me every job is different and they do need to be quoted.
I have a fixed minimum of 2 hours then we work with your budget at an hourly rate or fixed quotation depending on the event. Depending on location there could be an additional travel charge.
Also consider that as professionals we are covered by Public Liability Insurance.

Its important to consider that for every 2 hours I am onsite at your event, there is generally another 1 hour of image optimisation offsite at our premises to optimise your images ie format conversion, colour balance tweaking , sharpening & saving in 2 different resolutions (print & web). This is the hidden side that clients never see but nevertheless is vitally important and which is, of course, included in our costs of hiring.
Our rates includes:
1. Pre event planning and consultation
2. File creation, editing, minor enhancements to images
3. All images supplied as High Res (print) and Low Res (web) jpegs on disk, USB flash drive or uploaded to Dropbox.
