If your event involves children under the age of 18 please understand our Child Protection Policy below.

1. Peter Keepence Photography provides the event photography service to individuals, families, corporate, non-profit organisations, event organisers or academic institutions ON REQUEST ONLY.

2. Peter Keepence Photography will not take pictures of children under the age of 18 without the permission of their parents or guardians.

3. Peter Keepence Photography will not have sole access to children.

4. Peter Keepence Photography will only use verbal communication to pose children for photographs.

5. Peter Keepence Photography will not upload children’s photographs onto its website without the permission of their parents or guardians or the event organisers.

6. Peter Keepence Photography will not sell or give any images of children to any individual, press or organisation without the permission of their parents or guardians or the event organisers.

7. No personal details including name, address or email will be accredited to any image in the website gallery.
